At North/East TX District Church of the Nazarene, we believe in being straightforward about how we handle your information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can opt out at any time.

When you register for an event, join a small group, or sign up to receive text or email communications from us, we may collect: your name, your phone number, your email address, and information you voluntarily provide (such as the ages of your children at event registration). How we use your information
We use your contact information to send you text messages and emails related to church events, programs, and follow-up communications you have opted into; help our ministry staff and volunteers follow up with you personally; and keep you informed about activities in the North/East TX District that are relevant to you. We do not use your information for automated marketing, and we do not share or sell your personal information to third parties — ever.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications from the North/East TX District. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Email communications
If you provide your email address, you may receive email communications from the North/East TX District. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
